Amber tone developed during maturation, when the spirit begins extracting pigments and other compounds from the oak cask that give it color, flavor, and aroma. Substantial depth, and body. Barrel aged in Kentucky for a minimum of 23 months, and exceptionally well balanced without the burn associated with most other bourbons. Hints of charred oak and tobacco gives way to slightly sweet fresh corn at mid-pallet and finishes with toasted black pepper
